Track Goals- Last year of college running!

I love running :)

Indoor Track Goals:

  • Break 18:00 in the indoor 5k (my PR is actually a 17:37, but I have new goals now that I’m “coming back”)
  • Break 10:20 in the 3k (PR is 10:17)
  • Break 5:20 in the mile (PR is 5:16)
  • Secure a spot at the indoor MAC meet in the 5k or 3k (preferably 5k cuz that’s my fav!)
  • Get in a 45-50 mile week of running over Christmas break

Outdoor Track Goals:

  • 11:15 in the 3k steeple (man, it’s been 4-EVER since I’ve raced the steeple!)
  • 5k, 10k- time goals TBD… as of now I’d say PR in 5k (under 17:44) and 37:00-37:30 in the 10k (PR is 36:49)
  • score at the MAC meet! Hopefully will get to run either 10k/3k or 10k/5k double, but I’ll run whatever I can get!
  • earn a spot to run at the AZ State travel meet
